Enrollment Representative
Responsible for entering health benefit enrollments into the system, updating changes in enrollment status, reviewing certificates of creditable coverage to reduce pre-x limitations, processing terminations of coverage, offering COBRA continuation, reviewing and analyzing Group Health Plan Documents, and generating monthly billing statements. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and building strong working relationships with the group contacts.
Prior health benefit experience either in an Insurance Company/TPA environment or in Human Resources. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The ability to multi-task and adapt to new concepts and systems. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail-oriented.
Candidate must have an understanding of COBRA, HIPAA, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Care Reform.
