PBA provides a comprehensive health benefit information and management tool for their employer groups and employees. The PBA website allows 24/7 access to eligibility information, real-time claim status and Flex Spending Account contribution information.
Additional features include online plan booklets, electronic enrollment forms, links to PPO networks and robust transaction routing between the employee and employer and PBA.
PBA customizes the website for each of its groups to better accommodate the individual needs of the employer. Employees can be given inquiry only rights or have full access to all transactions and features available. All access to the website is user id and password protected allowing pages to be viewed only after successful confirmation.
The easy-to-use, online forms allows changes to be submitted to the appropriate PBA department(s) eliminating the need to fax forms or call a support number to make changes to an employee's information.
