This site will give you the ability to view eligibility status of patients and claims for any of your payers that use the HealthX portal. This site also allows you to contact us with questions in a secure environment. Please sign-up to create your new user account.
In an effort to comply with the CORE requirements, all EDI inquiries will be accepted through Passport Health. All patient claim status web lookups will be handled through our HealthX portal.
