History

In 1985, Ronald Walter and David W. Plumb founded PBA with one guiding principle, "Offer the best customer service available in claims administration."

By 1989, Ron's sons, Steve and Jeff Walter, and daughter, Jennifer Monnett, had joined the family business to help it grow into one of the most successful independently owned third party administrators in the country.
